The ultimate result of a successful garden lies firstly at the design stage.
- What sort of ‘feel’ do I want in my garden – formal, country garden, native, contemporary, tropical or sub tropical?
- How much seating will I need?
- Where are the sunny areas and where are the shade areas?
- Do I need screening from the neighbours or the road?
- What type of plants should be used and how big do they need be? And how will the area look in 10 years time?
Questions you could ask yourself:
First we will discuss your first thoughts and requirements and come to you with a concept plan.
Secondly we will devise a broad plan, along with an estimate of costs and timing of the work. Up until this stage there is no charge to the client.
The next stage is one of two options:
- After ensuring that the client is happy with planned work and cost, we can proceed at this stage.
- A detailed computer generated plan can be supplied. This includes a virtual reality style, 3D walk through design. Also a planting plan and list along with materials and costing included. This option is at a cost of $300 - $800 +GST, however the cost is reimbursed if Premium Landscapes is commissioned to do the work. This provides an excellent opportunity to see exactly how your new area is going to look and gives you an excellent visualisation to help you with making your decisions.
